Eric is a surgical resident at the University of California, San Francisco. He grew up in New York City and attended Harvard College. After receiving his B.A. in Neurobiology summa cum laude in 2000, he was awarded Harvard's Sheldon Traveling Fellowship. He spent a year in Honduras working in the public EMS system and then continued his training at Harvard Medical School where he received his M.D. in 2005. He has a strong interest in pediatric surgery and vascular biology. He joined Dr. Wang's lab in June 2008 and is focused on Notch signaling in pulmonary vascular development.
